I work under the \'Pahal\' CLF (Cluster Level Federation). My main responsibilities include maintaining accounts for seven Village Organizations (VOs) and 84 Self Help Groups (SHGs). I also prepare plans for the ICF (Institutional Capital Fund) and RF (Revolving Fund).In addition, I review the work of the last cadre at the panchayat level and collect and update their workdays (man-days) data. I also provide capacity building training to all panchayat-level vendors to help them improve their services.
