This involved working closely with suppliers on re-orienting their supply chain to ensure traceability up-to plantations for all palm procurement done by Unilever. Ongoing connects with suppliers, brokers to study the vegetable oils market to ensure competitive buying for multiple fat charge used. I do work closely with business heads to build buying strategy and sharing forward view on prices to ensure market competitiveness is maintained.I also happen to manage the largest media budgets ($600m+ spends) of any FMCG company and drive media attributable growth for HUL brands. I have successfully negotiated contracts, delivered on cash and savings targets, and built evaluation models for digital media platforms. My mission is to enable Unilever to achieve its vision of making sustainable living commonplace.
