Worked with the product design team across India and the US, conducted research & design using agile methodology to build progressive political software and data tools for the US electorate.Projects included designing and redesigning new and existing features such as event & phone banking tools used by campaign volunteers. Designed internal tools used by campaign like platform dashboard and navigation, creating voter universes, events, phone banks, peer-to-peer-texting/email, user and volunteer management, surveys, emailers, and web forms, voter data purchasing, plan upgrades/billing and redesigning critical portions of the CRM.
