Hello, I\'m a psychologist at EmoAid Wellness Centre and work primarily with adolescents, young adults and adults, helping them navigate life\'s emotional and other challenges. I am also involved in multiple community based initiatives through my organisation and often visit colleges for different fests, engaging with students or supporting my team deliver different workshops. I am an Emotional Freedom Technique and a Matrix Reimprinting practitioner and also use elements of Expressive Arts Therapy and Internal Family Systems with a trauma informed approach.
