As an Education Consultant and Recruitment Specialist, I specialise in comprehending higher education dynamics, adeptly managing client relationships across schools and universities, and addressing recruitment needs for educational institutions.In my current role at ep.education as a Recruitment Consultant, I\'ve had the opportunity to collaborate closely with primary schools and teachers in Auckland, gaining an in-depth understanding of the New Zealand education system. This experience has enriched my knowledge of the local educational landscape.Previously, as the Regional Manager of International Recruitment at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, I spearheaded recruitment strategies across South Asia, effectively overseeing agent activities, driving enrollment growth, promoting diversity, and innovatively engaging students.During my tenure as a Regional Representative for the University of Kansas, I orchestrated impactful projects spanning South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
