I run an independent legal practice focused on contractual advisory, dispute resolution, and litigation across sectors including energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and education.I assist clients ranging from statutory authorities and corporates to institutional bodies and associations with (i) Contract drafting, risk assessment, and negotiation;(ii) Commercial and vendor Legal notices, reply strategy, and internal legal advisory;(iv) Representation before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals (APTEL, NCDRC, Ombudsman), and in Arbitration. My practice also includes work on (i) MSME and vendor arbitrations, real estate and service-related disputes;(ii) Matters involving defective works, breach of contract, and loss of property Advising on legal documentation for various institutions and hotel groups.I work on retainer and project-based models, supporting clients remotely or in-person as required.My strength lies in offering strategic legal clarity before litigation arises — and confident representation when it does.
