Adapted and significantly extended an open-source framework to create a custom, end-to-end pipeline for 6DOF robotic arm additive manufacturing. Authored custom ROS2 nodes to communicate from the pipeline to NVIDIA Isaac Sim simulation environments and physical hardware drivers, ensuring in-sim and in-real compatibility. Currently implementing and integrating a 3D scanning and mesh reconstruction software stack directly within Isaac Sim, for digital twinning and manufacturing process validation.
