I’m a product manager with 6+ years of experience building AI-driven products at scale—including zero-to-one Generative AI features in Microsoft Copilot used by millions. My sweet spot is where user empathy meets technical depth: Known by peers and engineering leadership as a first-principles thinker, I bring original perspective to ambiguous problems—whether prototyping new interaction models, defining LLM evaluation frameworks, or bridging the gap between usability and model behavior.
