Part of Global Executive Search team based out of London. The Global Executive Search team is accountable for assembling leadership teams with high caliber, top-tier, diverse talent essential to achieving ongoing business success and future growth. My roles and responsibilities include. Strategically developing qualitative recruitment research for senior level roles (VP and above) by conducting internet research; direct sourcing; utilizing industry directories, CV databases, associations, job advertisements and networking. Compiling a “target list” of companies that employ similar positions for which a division is hiring Conducting research of companies on the “target list” to locate names, titles and contact details of individuals in positions similar to which they are recruiting for. As well as to create a “pipeline” of potential candidates for future openings. Proactively creating and maintaining pools of candidates for high turnover, tough to fill and strategically identified recruitment needs at the executive level. Conducting basic screens on potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensation (as appropriate/required). Creating, developing and providing Search Directors with status reports containing names, titles, and contact details of potential candidates. Working successfully with Senior Recruiters and members of management within the organization as well as developing strong networks within the industry. Monitoring industry trends and provides updates to the international and global team on external companies and executive moves. Providing presentation quality market / corporate intelligence (i.e. organizational structure, scope of positions in competing companies, compensation, benefits information, etc.) as needed. Maintaining current, accurate research and data on a regular and consistent basis. Attended team offsite in London focused on strategic research planning and collaboration.
