Manage project development from beginning to end i.e, through Engineering, Purchasing, Installation, Commissioning & Handover.2. Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth execution of project.5. Coordinate for effective project closure & hand over to the customer.6. Supported as Management Representative & System Coordinator for successfully Implementation of ISO QMS 90••••15 & ISMS 27•••••15 Certification.7. Attend meetings with customer, consultants and external suppliers.8. Develop communication documents.9. Motivate and supervise project team members, internal as well as external and influence them to achieve project timelines.10. Coordinate for implementing best practices/ tools for effective project execution and management11. Develop project plan considering project dependencies and critical path and schedule project timelines/ milestones using appropriate tools12. Escalate issues in a timely manner, if they are not getting resolved within an acceptable timeline.13. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.14. Estimate & submit budget, proposals, RFQ, progress reports. Organize Project Follow-up Meetings and ensure that updated status is available online.
