My current role is in Mars\' Global Mobility team within Human Resources. Mobility is a key a talent development tool and as such is closely tied to the talent management team to ensure strategic alignment with the talent pipeline.The Global Mobility team provide specialist input and management of the full assignment life cycle for Mars\' large mobility programme.
