About Aashritha Jaladi
As a child, I had built my first models with dough and lego which developed through the years resulting in a lot of interest in design, creative thinking, geometries, patterns and codes. While creativity is often seen as an artist’s forte, I think “inside the box” on the days I have a creative block. On regular days, before I think \"out of the box\", I challenge my creative power to understand the box, its size, color, shape, thickness, weight, texture, and the space it comprises before I transform the box into a completely different form giving life to every line and curve made. My interest lies in circularity in architecture with a passion for natural building techniques. My design process is research-driven, community-centric and iterative.
