I’m a graduate student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology, passionate about understanding how people and organizations grow together. My background blends psychology, data analytics, and technology, with a growing focus on how AI is reshaping leadership, talent acquisition, and workplace culture. I’ve worked on projects that range from building predictive models using machine learning algorithms (like SVM and Random Forest) to designing psychology-based leadership and wellness initiatives during my internship with SHRM India. These experiences taught me how to connect human behavior with data-driven insight and how thoughtful design can make workplaces more effective and humane.Before that, I gained hands-on experience in clinical and developmental psychology, where I analyzed behavior patterns, supported therapeutic interventions, and researched empathy and emotional regulation. That foundation still shapes how I think about employee experience, motivation, and well-being.I’m especially drawn to projects that explore:1.
