Profit Center In-charge – Looking the center as a profit center by active participation in product planning & development and thus generating the maximum business by way of effective sales & marketing activities.2. Counseling & Handling Inquiries – Responsible for handling all types of inquiries (emails, telephonic, & walk-ins) and converting them into admissions.3. Marketing – Active participation of marketing activities viz. mass messaging, emailing, organizing seminars, etc.4. Operations – Overall taking charge of the day to day operations activities viz. batch scheduling, fee collection, taking students’ feedback, maintaining necessary registers, etc.5. Training & Development – Constantly doing the training needs of staff members and then giving them proper training accordingly.6. Employee engagement & motivation – Keeping the team members morale all time high & engaging them by way of continuous learning & development, giving rewards & recognition, organizing fun activities etc.7. Monitor and track center expenses.
