ABOUT ASHISH TOMAR
As a Leader of Control Centre at Interac Corp, I oversee monitoring, incident management, performance, and reliability of the application and network infrastructure that supports millions of transactions daily. With over 13 years of experience in network operations, incident management, IT operations, I have led and supported various projects and initiatives that improved network availability, efficiency, and quality. Some of my achievements include implementing a new network monitoring system, resolving critical incidents, and optimizing network configuration and design. I have a Master of Engineering degree in Technology Innovation Management from Carleton University, where I received the GSA Academic Excellence Award. I also have multiple certifications and skills in IP Networking, Wireless Networking, Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP), ITIL®, and Critical Thinking.
