I support the development, implementation and growth of KBR’s Plastics Recycling Technology Product Line. The Hydro-PRT process, offered exclusively by KBR for license, is a unique and innovative technology for chemical recycling of plastics. Been successfully demonstrated on the pilot scale and scaled conservatively to a commercial-ready module, the process presents a modular, scalable solution to recycle plastic waste and produce valuable hydrocarbon products with high product yield. I help evolve strategies to foster continuous development of this technology internally and with partners. I analyze the market and develop early adopter profiles identifying prospective customers for Plastics Recycling Technology implementation. I further develop and maintain close alignment with the Global Technology sales team in deploying sales process and qualifying prospective customers for early adaptor focus. Primary Responsibilities: • Drive Plastics Recycling Technology R&D Responsible for directing R&D and engineering efforts (internal & external) resulting in competitive Plastics Recycling Technologies (based on a thorough analysis of the market as well as competing technologies.) • Early Adaptor Profile and Strategy, Global Analysis Support development of an early adopter profile and go-to-market strategies. Supports the development of a strong client focus within the designated regions and acts as an interface with regional sales to ensure the business meets its growth targets. Support Regional Sales as required through the whole sales process including business development, proposal and negotiation phases. • Alignment across Technology Global Sales: Participate with the head of Technology sales in developing and maintaining alignment of Technology sales with the early adopter plans and PRT sales process.
