I’m working over here as a digital project manager where my responsibilities include partnering with fintech to bring new solutions to the organisation for process efficiency and overseeing the development of digital platforms for better customer experience in addition, I also look after digital payment projects to digitise the EMI payment collection process and the vehicle loan EMI through digital payment platforms.•Exploring the platforms to see an opportunity to accommodate the digital payment journey in the existing system•Designing payment journey to allow customers to pay their loan emi•Preparing BRD to proceed further with discussion on the requirement•Monitoring the development of the requirement to get it launched within the deadline •Updating the product SOP document upon introducing new products and features•Conduction multiple training sessions with stakeholders to provide them with a better understanding of the new feature•Managing the stakeholders •Looking at the compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure that the proposed changes are meeting them•Managing the integration of payment services and PG with the internal system. Apart from PG integration, I’m also managing the payment collection through Debit cards, CSC, Fino and Payment wallets.Project list:1. Implementation of click pay feature in partnership with BBPS to allow customers to pay the EMI for vehicle finance through the WhatsApp bot2. Developing and Integrating the onboarding journey of co-branded credit cards in partnership with RBL.3.WhatsApp chatbot implementation to service customers in the best manner4. IDFC Fastag process development and integration 5. Integration of digital payment solutions for digitising the EMI collection process for Vehicle finance through BBPS, Payment Gateway and Mandate
