Responsible for end-to-end O&M of LCNG stations, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted gas supply. Planning and execution of CNG equipment operations, including compressors, dispensers, dryers, cascades, control panels, and automation systems. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, minimizing breakdowns and maximizing station uptime. Coordinate with OEMs, AMC vendors, and service teams for maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and emergency support. Ensure compliance with PNGRB, PESO, and statutory norms through periodic safety audits, risk assessments, and documentation. Optimize station performance metrics – including gas throughput, power consumption, and compressor efficiency. Oversee vendor management and contractor supervision to ensure timely execution, safety adherence, and quality control. Drive data-driven decision-making through monitoring of SCADA, logbooks, and performance reports. Support commissioning of new CNG/LCNG stations, including testing, startup, and integration into operational flow. Develop and implement SOPs and best practices to standardize operations and improve system reliability.
