I work at the intersection of product strategy, platforms, and enterprise delivery - whiile increasingly exploring how AI-assisted tools can enhance execution clarity, reduce coordination overhead, and improve delivery outcomes in complex enterprise environments.Over the past 15 years, I have operated across consulting and industry roles spanning telecom, energy, media, and banking - helping organisations move from strategic intent to structured, executable outcomes. My experience blends business analysis, BPM, operating model design, and large-scale delivery, which naturally evolved into product ownership.Currently, I contribute within the telecom domain on customer-facing ordering and platform journeys, working across backlog shaping, roadmap alignment, PI planning, and cross-functional coordination.More recently, I have been working closely with Platform Engineering and SRE teams on large-scale system transition, focusing on operational readiness, cross-platform dependencies, and ensuring systems remain stable and supportable post-cutover.Earlier in my career, I worked on Org. transformation and process architecture initiatives, including multi-level process restructuring (L0–L4), operating model definition, and governance design - experiences that strengthened my systems thinking and strategic perspective on enterprise platforms.I am particularly interested in roles that bridge product strategy and execution - where long-term direction, structural clarity, and disciplined delivery collectively determine product success.Outside of work, I write a short LinkedIn newsletter, Reflections, exploring themes around work, growth, and clarity in professional life.
