I am a Software Engineering leader with over 17+ years of Engineering & Product leadership experience in healthcare and enterprise security.At Cerebral, I joined after the company\'s Series C funding round. I oversee all of Product Engineering software development, including frontend, backend, and mobile. At Cerebral\'s peak, I was responsible for around 100 engineers globally and scaled the team up and down to meet business needs. I have moved the team to a modern distributed architecture integrated with AI technology and reduced cycle times by 8 times. I am passionate about value slicing, have spearheaded key initiatives, transformed our product\'s Net Promoter Score (NPS), and launched numerous service offerings during my time at Cerebral. Before Cerebral, at Sitka, I managed all of our technical efforts (Engineering, IT, Security, Compliance) after the company\'s Series A funding round. During my tenure, we grew provider engagement with the platform and achieved SOC2+HIPAA certification.During my 5-year tenure at PatientPop as VP of Engineering, I globally scaled the engineering team as the company grew from Series A to C (from 1M to 50M+ ARR). I was responsible for the core software development of PatientPop\'s Practice Growth & Patient Engagement platform. Additionally, I ran board-level high-impact cross-functional initiatives for EMR integrations and scaled that program to 10X growth.Before that, I was a Founding Engineer/Director at AppCentral where we defined the Mobile Application Management/Mobile Enterprise App Store category, built significant IP through patents, and were acquired by Good Technology.
