I’ve always believed growth isn’t just about climbing upward it’s about expanding inward. My journey has been one of constant learning, unlearning, and relearning across boardrooms, brainstorming sessions, and bold new ventures.I began my career at Ernst & Young and J.P. Morgan, where I built a strong foundation in consulting and investment banking. But I soon found myself drawn to the thrill of building from scratch joining JAR, now one of India’s leading fintechs, where I worked closely with the founders to shape new initiatives and scale the business from the ground up.That experience sparked a deep passion for creation leading me to roles like Entrepreneur in Residence and Chief of Staff at PLUS (a Shark Tank–featured startup), where I helped build and grow high-performing teams, crafted go-to-market strategies, and turned ideas into impact.Today, I work with early-stage founders on pitch strategy, GTM, and business consulting helping them bridge the gap between vision and execution. Alongside this, I’m exploring my passion for global trade and import-export, where I see an incredible opportunity to connect cultures through commerce.At my core, I’m driven by curiosity, impact, and the belief that business can be both meaningful and human. Every chapter so far has been a lesson in resilience, empathy, and the art of building something that lasts.
