ABOUT ANDREA ASCHTGEN

As Executive Director, Strategic Programs & Transformation at CheckAlt, I spearhead transformative initiatives to elevate process efficiency, enhance productivity, and uplift client and associate satisfaction. With experience spanning 15 years in both Consumer and Commercial Banking, I have held roles across project management, relationship management, client service and proposal management, refining me into a versatile project manager and business strategist.During my tenure at JPMorgan, I demonstrated an unwavering commitment to Corporate Responsibility and employee engagement. Holding roles at the local, state and national levels, I led the WI Volunteer Leadership Group for five years engaging employees in local nonprofits through hands-on events, drives and our annual giving campaign. Furthermore, I co-founded and co-chaired Access Ability North Midwest, a Business Resource Group championing education, awareness and advocacy for employees with disabilities. Eventually taking the role of Membership Lead at the national level. I hold a Master of Public Administration focused in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, a BS in Business Administration, a Corporate Social Responsibility certificate and a Foundation level certification from APMP.
