About Aarya Trivedi
I see Intellectual Property from two perspectives; first as a creator, and now as a lawyer in the making.Coming from a background in Mass Communication and Journalism, I developed an understanding of storytelling, branding, innovation and the value behind creative and commercial ideas. That interest eventually led me to law, and I’m currently a final-year student at Symbiosis Law School, Pune.During law school and through internships with leading firms, I’ve had the opportunity to work across different areas of IP, including research, drafting, and disputes. I find myself especially drawn to the fast-paced, strategic and analytical side of IP litigation, particularly as technology continues to reshape how rights are created and enforced.I enjoy learning by engaging with complex legal issues, understanding how strategy plays out in practice, and seeing how IP functions not just as protection, but as a business tool.As I prepare to graduate in 2026, I’m keen to keep learning, connect with practitioners in the field, and continue building a strong foundation in intellectual property law.
