I am a 5th year PhD student at Penn State studying the p-type doping strategies through contact and interface engineering on TMD FETs under Dr. Saptarshi Das. I have previously worked on studying fundamentals of achieving high-performing logic using Carbon Nanotubes, 2D TMD materials and Graphene and utilizing them for novel device applications including sensing, compute, and security. Penn State\'s top-notch nanofabrication and material characterization facilities has allowed me to develop expertise on several industry-standard tools and capabilities.
