I’m an MBA Finance student with practical experience in credit analysis, financial modeling, and corporate finance. During my ongoing internship, I’ve worked on CMA preparation, financial forecasting, business valuation, and DCF analysis across various sectors. As part of the IPO advisory process, I assist in financial due diligence and check whether companies meet eligibility criteria for listing. My work includes reviewing audited financials, analyzing capital structures, understanding right and preference issues, reviewing holding patterns, and estimating fair market valuations. I also help prepare investor-focused materials and post-issue financial projections. I have a strong interest in financial content and regularly share insights on IPOs, market trends, and valuation techniques. I enjoy making finance easier to understand through clear, informative posts. It helps me stay updated while connecting with others who share the same interest in capital markets.
