Hey! My name is Aaryan, and I\'m a second-year student at UC Irvine majoring in Business Information Management. I thrive in collaborative environments and am always eager to learn innovative, creative, and efficient ways to problem-solve.I am deeply fascinated by the intersection of digital innovation and business. Through my coursework and experiences, I’ve been honing my skills in technology and business strategy. These skills fuel my passion for product management, marketing, and sales. I’ve completed various jobs, internships, and competitions, which have sharpened my problem-solving and technical skills. Currently, I’m expanding my knowledge of product development and developing my entrepreneurial skills to work on my digital solutions business project (Web design & Marketing Agency).    Oversee the development and execution of MAISS’s internal programs, with a primary focus on leading the organization’s mentorship initiative. I manage the full lifecycle of the mentorship program, including designing its structure, recruiting and interviewing mentors and mentees, and thoughtfully matching participants to foster meaningful, goal-oriented relationships.Responsible for planning and coordinating program timelines, workshops, and engagement activities that support both personal and professional growth. I also lead the development of the program’s capstone experience, guiding participants through collaborative projects such as product pitches and final presentations that showcase their learning and impact.In addition to mentorship, I support internal operations by improving organizational processes, strengthening member engagement, and ensuring a cohesive and inclusive community. Through this role, I aim to create a structured yet dynamic environment that empowers members to grow, connect, and succeed.
