   In my role as a Project Coordinator, I serve as a liaison between project managers and cross-functional teams. I also act as a main point of contact for our Course Writing and Motion Design teams. I am responsible for overseeing weekly resource allocations, carefully delegating tasks based on individual team members’ skill sets to optimize productivity and project outcomes. My responsibilities include adjusting and managing deadlines for weekly tasks according to evolving project priorities, ensuring that we remain on track to meet all key milestones and deliverables.I also facilitate communication and workflow by acting as the primary point of contact for our specialized teams. I collaborate closely with team leads to help plan task allocations according to availability, proactively adjusting timelines and reallocating resources whenever requirements shift. This flexibility enables us to sustain efficiency, address potential bottlenecks early, and uphold quality standards across all deliverables. I develop and manage dashboards to visualize key data points allowing for both leadership and team members to monitor progress, track resource utilization, and make informed decisions.
