This position provides me with invaluable, first-hand insight into the financial lives of people across various demographics — their questions, their pain points, and what trust in a digital and physical banking experience truly entails.By understanding these customer journeys from the ground up, I’m deepening my perspective as a UX designer, bridging real-world user behaviour with digital financial tools. This hybrid lens enhances my ability to design for inclusivity, clarity, and genuine user need in future financial product experiences.Key contributions:Fostering trusted client relationships by actively listening and recommending personalised banking solutions, referring clients to specialists as needed to support long-term financial wellness.Handling service inquiries with empathy and efficiency, both in-person and over the phone, helping customers feel confident in their financial decisions.Strengthening cross-functional collaboration through clear communication and consistent support, contributing to a cohesive, client-first team culture.
