About Aarti Sholet
I’ve spent the past 12+ years working across different areas of HR—Talent and Capability, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Digital HR and HR Business Partnering—primarily in the telecom industry. Along the way, I’ve learned that great HR is not just about policies, frameworks or systems; it’s about creating an environment where people feel supported, included and confident to grow.My work has given me the chance to build new practices from the ground up, be part of a team that led change during a merger, launch digital HR solutions and design learning journeys that help people unlock their potential. Some of the moments I’m proud of include contributing to the launch of our HR chatbot and creating Udaan 2.0—a development program designed specifically to enable and support women talent.Today, I focus on Diversity & Inclusion, helping build a workplace where representation, inclusion and psychological safety are more than concepts—they show up in everyday behaviour and decisions.I enjoy working at the intersection of culture, capability and transformation, and I’m driven by a simple belief: when people grow, organizations grow.If my work or interests resonate, I’m always open to meaningful conversations.
