Aartika Vineet is working as a Product Analyst with Smart Energy Water. She has demonstrated abilities in managing end-to-end product lifecycle. She has worked as a Senior Business Analyst with IRIS Business Services Limited wherein she managed one of the flagship product of the organisation - IRIS CARBON. Also, she managed a team of other Business Analysts and was responsible for product lifecycle and its management. She has attended school at IIM Udaipur with specialisation in marketing and strategy. During her MBA, she was elected as a student representative of the Council of Student Affairs, wherein she was responsible for presiding all student activities and maintaining a holistic environment. She was also a member of the SKEIN- the Operations and Supply chain club of IIM Udaipur which is responsible for getting leaders of the corporate world and industry experts in the field of operations on campus for conducting the club\'s flagship event - Supply Chain Management Summit. She interned with Cipla Health Ltd, which is a consumer healthcare subsidiary of Cipla, during her summer internship. She worked as a summer intern in the brand management team of the Marketing department. She has worked with Tata Consultancy Services for one year three months. Tata Consultancy Services is one of the global leaders in providing IT services, consulting and business solutions. She revamped visa application process for employees of the organization by automating the visa request process and coordinated with teams of 3 regions-South(Chennai), West(Mumbai), North(Delhi) for system impact analysis. She is a firm believer in giving back to society. She mentored students of the 5th-8th standard at Home for Aged and Handicapped Nagpur by teaching them science and mathematics. She also interned with India\'s premier R&D organization - Defence Research and Development Organization before starting her professional journey. She holds a Bachelor in Biotechnology engineering from Indraprastha University, Delhi. She formulated a natural and herbal tea composition which aids in a weight loss for humans. She has completed a certificate course in German (affiliated to Delhi University). She completed her schooling from Delhi Public School, Ghaziabad. During her school days, she has actively participated in various activities and is detail-oriented and believes in doing her task meticulously. She takes an interest in painting, learning new dance forms and languages. She likes to travel to different places, learn about the culture and meet new people.
