I work with factories of Canada and overseas mills manufacturing at Mexico, Honduras, China, India, Bangladesh, USA. Managing cost benefit analysis w.r.t. trims, blanks, packaging, freight, production costs and generating profitability. Well versed with SAP, ERP systems, ecommerce portals of vendors, brands and logistics. Supply chain of purchasing, costing, design, licensing, approvals, sampling, testing and production logistics to finally generate profitability. Tracking and monitoring PO from vendor facility, production activities at mills to the Distribution center for timely delivery generating customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with vendors, logistics, freight forwarders, off shore agents, sourcing merchants and planning team on updates, issues, resolutions of issues. Monitor chargeable offences, standardization of processes and production facility and proactively implementing improvement in production.
