Responsible for the management of TMF content and associated processes during the study lifecycle from study set up to transfer/archiving.• Collaborate with stakeholders (internal & external) during periodic file reviews and audits to address any Quality issues related to the TMF.• Manage access and organization of the controlled electronic file repository, in line with the defined file structure and access management framework.• Work proactively and successfully withing a cross-functional team.• Ensure TMF is Inspection Ready throughout the lifecycle of the study and documents are filed as per ALCOA++ principles.• Work with Team Lead to create study specific TMF management and oversight documents (eg: File Index, TMF mgt plan & Expected Document Lists) in alignment with the study.
