We identify core member insights and launch real world engagement experiments and pilots that address them. Together we have- Used experiments to improve patient engagement by 30%+- Built up the organization’s insights capability to launch a series of member and lookalike surveys and behavioral research that have improved our messaging strategy, identified drivers of trust, and unlocked opportunities to measure trust as an experience measure - Launched a portfolio of experiments to decrease unnecessary ED visits and lower cost of care demonstrating improvement in key KPIs around usage, engagement and costs of over 100%
