I’m a Navy veteran, founder, and automation executive focused on building resilient, future-proof logistics systems — and the high-performing teams that bring them to life.As Co-Founder & CEO of Verus Automation (Infinitely Innovate), I’m driving a disruptive, truly open-architecture Warehouse Control (WCS) and Warehouse Execution (WES) platform. Hardware- and software-agnostic by design, Verus unifies ASRS, conveyors, AMRs, robotics, legacy equipment, PLCs, and emerging AI into one interoperable ecosystem. The result is freedom from vendor lock-in, faster deployments, lower total cost of ownership, greater transparency, and real operator control to evolve automation on your terms. This work represents the culmination of my career — turning complex, multi-vendor chaos into simpler, smarter, and more adaptable operations.My foundation was built in the industry’s largest-scale environments. I founded Fidus Global, scaling an innovation-award-winning, patented open-architecture WCS and the Pontem platform into a nine-figure business while fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration. Earlier, I led global engineering, robotics, and reliability programs at Amazon, Walmart eCommerce, and FedEx — earning Amazon’s Door Desk Award and delivering step-change gains in uptime, throughput, and performance across massive fulfillment networks.I lead with attention to detail, deep fluency across software-hardware-operations integration, and a people-first mindset: set bold goals, empower talented teams, build high-trust environments, and deliver measurable results.
