I am a senior Marketing & Strategy professional who excels at analyzing new markets, preparing marketing plan and execute strategies. I also work closely with the business development team and enable to achieve the organization revenue targets. I am working as the Head of Marketing for an Edtech /preschool in Chennai since January 2018. Prior to that, I worked in Heavy machinery & automotive industries for about 8 years in various marketing, operations and business development roles. In my 10 year of overall experience I have worked extensively with 100+ educations institutions like IIT Chennai, NIT Trichy, NIT Calicut, Anna University and other national universities in India. In my current role, I completely own the process from drafting marketing plan to final execution of sales. Since I joined the organization I was able to able to adapt quickly to the market and customer needs and increase revenues (by 35% average annually) in last 3 years. Previously, as the Marketing & Operations manager for a start-up Al Dolaimi – A subsidiary of “NPS” in Qatar, I was able to increase the annual revenues from zero to 4 Million USD in 1.5 years. During my short stint with Cadring India at Chennai (Currently renamed as Comatec Group) as a Marketing & Sales manager for I was responsible for all the marketing covering entire India. My core interest is in the area of Marketing and strategy; I intend to make a career transition into startup especially edtech or any new sector where I can contribute in Marketing & strategies. As an enterprising and competitive professional I aspire to work with a fast growing start-up or Corporate. I am a keen observer and I believe the role of marketing is like an engine to a vehicle.
