As a Front Desk Associate at Crunch Fitness, I’m the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a welcoming and supportive environment from the moment they walk in. My responsibilities include checking members in, handling inquiries about memberships and services, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and providing high-quality customer service at all times.In this role, I’ve developed strong communication and time management skills, resolved issues efficiently, and helped contribute to a positive gym culture. I work closely with team members to support daily operations and ensure every guest has a great experience.I primarily worke in this role during the summer of 2025, with plans to come back during any breaks I have and continue working more shifts.
