ABOUT AARON WU
I am a Bachelor of Business Administration candidate at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, where I am pursuing a rigorous and interdisciplinary curriculum that prepares me for the global business environment. In addition to my academic and journalistic endeavors, I am also an entrepreneur and a former intern at PwC. I founded a national-scale tutoring business in China and Hong Kong, where I pitched to clients, managed a network of 75 student-tutors and 253 active-members, and generated a substantial revenue and profit in 2020. I also completed two internships at PwC, one in the Advisory department and one in the Core Assurance Accounting department, where I performed data analysis, due diligence, and auditing tasks for various clients in the real estate and sustainability sectors. Through these experiences, I have developed and demonstrated skills in negotiation, deal closure, editing, data analysis, and auditing. I also value diversity and inclusion, and I bring a unique perspective and experience as a bilingual and bicultural student who has lived and worked in different countries.
