My role at BuildWitt has changed substantially over the past four years. I used to do everything — I was business development, legal, HR, administrative, photographer, project manager, etc. Fortunately, we have far more qualified people than me to handle all of that now. Today, I spend my time shaping our culture, solving problems alongside our leaders, exchanging ideas on our Dirt Talk podcast, and traveling to job sites across the US and worldwide. My job now is less doing and more learning/thinking. How can we serve the Dirt World better? How can we inspire the next generation? How can we educate society on why the Dirt World is so valuable? While I don\'t have many answers yet, I\'m at least on the path, and I couldn\'t be happier to be here.
