About Aaron Williams
I am a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and digital media strategist with a diverse background spanning athletics, performance, business operations, and social media management. I earned my Master’s Degree in Sports Business Management from The University of Alabama in 2015, where I also served as a Strength and Conditioning Intern for the 2016 NCAA National Championship Alabama football team, along with the baseball, women’s basketball, and women’s rowing programs. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, where I was a member of the 2012 WIAC Football Conference Championship team.I have been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since February 2016 and maintain annual CPR/AED and First Aid certifications through the American Heart Association. I am also Level 2 certified in the Functional Movement Screen and Level 1 ELDOA certified.Before joining Anytime Fitness, I spent two seasons with the Atlanta Braves Organization as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. I served with the Danville Braves (Advanced Rookie Ball) and was promoted to the Rome Braves for the 2017 season. My experience also includes contributing to Major League Rehabilitation, Extended Developmental Spring Training, and Regular Spring Training.Since October 2017, I have been part of the Anytime Fitness team, earning the 2021 Team Member of the Year award for performance excellence. My work includes leading and developing teams, coaching clients, and helping individuals improve their performance, training habits, and long-term lifestyle outcomes.In 2024, I founded Watch Williams Media, a company focused on helping businesses strengthen their digital presence, grow their social media platforms, and improve their content strategies. I manage and consult for multiple brands, offering guidance in digital communication, marketing execution, and brand visibility.Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age thirteen, I have been a longtime advocate for diabetes awareness and continue to share my journey to support others navigating the condition. My goal is to demonstrate what is possible through effort, discipline, and a strong mindset.I am happily married to my wife, Jordan, and we have two beautiful children, Ashton and Summer. My family remains my greatest source of motivation and purpose.
