I have several passions in my career, commercialising Life Science, giving back through charity work and cycling! In the first area, I am a commercially focused executive leader with over 27-years experience in the Life Science and Biotechnology industries. I have global, cross-functional, full P&L and board level leadership experience, as a CEO, a Chief Commercial Officer, a Chief of Staff, General Manager, Executive Director and in various Sales & Marketing leadership roles. Working for several of the industries big brands. I have a strong belief in the importance of giving something back. Most business leaders have a great skill set that charities would really benefit from, and so I have volunteered some of my time over many years now to charity. Most recently as Chair of the Board of Trustees, leading strategy and governance. My skills align around people leadership and commercial strategy; creating long term strategy and a vision, strategic & tactical planning, implementation of those plans, managing complex projects, and building teams that deliver award winning performances. I drive a customer focus to achieve results, and generally try my best to make a difference with everything I do. Following a 20 year sporting career in ice-hockey (Milton Keynes Kings and Cambridge University Eskimos) and Tae Kwon Do (English champion 2003, British bronze medal 2004), I am now a very keen cyclist. I am an open networker, willing to connect with all genuine requests. Please send invites to a••••••••@yahoo.com.
