Trampoline & Tumbling Program Director: September 2018 - Present Head T&T Team Coach: June 2022 - Present Provides direction and establishes and maintains excellence in the T&T Progressive program. Provides high quality technical direction and instruction in accordance with the goals of MHG such that growth is achieved and quality is improved. Works closely with other Progressive Directors to provide continuity between all programs. Re-established the competitive Trampoline & Tumbling Team and took on the role of head coach in June 2022. Hire and develop staff to provide high quality youth sport coaching. Pre-school Gymnastics Program Director: September 2020-December 2022 Supervised a staff of 12-15 coaches to provide high quality instruction in gymnastics to ages 5 months to 5 years old. Instructor: November 2016 - Present Providing gymnastics instruction to all ages from infants to adults to encourage movement skill, self-confidence and physical fitness in a gymnastic setting. T&T Competitive Team Assistant Coach: 2018 Season Provide instruction and guidance to competitive T&T gymnasts in training and during meets.
