When they reached out to me about a role on their design team, the company was just starting to develop new tools for enterprise clients and government agencies looking for a true end-to-end encrypted communications platform. Since joining Element, I’ve led the UX and UI design for many major features — such as enterprise account management, messaging, VoIP, and media management — while also owning the design system we use to deliver any new features.
