Specialties in remediation of AI-induced technical debt (consequences of \"Vibe-Coding\"), and Enterprise Multi-Tenant SaaS, and migration to/from Cloud. I also perform Technical Due Diligence for VCs, PE, and M&A.For 8 years I served as CEO/CTO of an Operations Research company that utilized Artificial Life to solve complex business problems, based on algorithms of my own creation. Then for another 8 years I served as CTO for the Family Office of the founder of the world\'s largest IT Advisory firm (Gartner).Built dozens of native, web, and multi-tenant SaaS/Cloud applications over 20+ years. Founded two software companies that raised 7 rounds of investment capital. Hired >100 engineers. Deployed sales strategies, teams, and Salesforce CRMs. Authored business literature including value propositions, employee benefits, investor/partner agreements, and stock option plans.
