I am now leading a Talent Specialist Team who provide recruitment expertise to support Life Science companies find those who have the specialist skills to commercialise their technology. The Talent Specialist Team covers a wide variety of roles within Software, Quality, Manufacturing, LIMS, and Translational Science. My focus within the Talent team is supporting our Software and Translational Science team.
