As Vice President of Business Strategy at Winners Alliance, I lead initiatives to commercialize group name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights for hundreds of professional athletes across global sports. My focus is on creating scalable commercial opportunities that are impactful for both athletes and partners.Previously, I spearheaded the development and expansion of the college group licensing business at OneTeam Partners. In this role, I collaborated with industry leaders like Fanatics and EA Sports to navigate the emerging college NIL landscape following its legalization in 2021. This work empowered tens of thousands of athletes to monetize their NIL through various channels, including jerseys, video games, and trading cards.My career began in strategy and operations consulting at Deloitte and SimpliSafe, and I later contributed to the growth of Kraft Analytics Group\'s strategy consulting arm, working with clients such as Ticketmaster and Amazon Prime Video.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Operations from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where I was also a wide receiver on the Yellow Jackets football team.Please reach out if you have any hot takes on either Drake Maye or Haynes King, but first, our friends, from Pearl Jam!
