I am responsible for the Project and Change Management resources within the Organisation including colleagues undertaking a programme of devolved benefit implementation, continuous improvement, transition of systems and services from our delivery programme into the organisation as well as teams responsible for the day to day running of cross cutting systems and processes. Within Social Security Scotland I am responsible for the frameworks and approach to project and change management and the associated implementation of change between the operational organisation and the programme in place to deliver new digital services.
