My career has been an interesting journey. I started in hotel management, transitioned into teaching, education administration, and curriculum development, and then spent the last twelve+ years leading groups in manufacturing, supply chain, and lean program management for a Fortune 500 Company.I have been successful in leading organizations through change and transformation, regardless of industry. Introducing lean concepts and continuous process improvements to enhance competitiveness, reduce costs and increase profitability is my forte.For the past twelve years, I have been with Baker Hughes in a variety of leadership roles.
