About Aaron Woo
I lead three teams providing custom applications development and systems support for the Law Enforcement, Facility Services, Integrated Resiliency and Intelligence Programs (IRIP), and other departments in the Division of Management. My department also provides end-user and desktop support for over 600 people in the Division of Management, Division of Financial Management, and the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC).Previously, I worked within IT at the National Archives and Records Administration. I served as the Director of the Project Management Division within the Office of Innovation providing supervisory oversight to a team of Project Managers driving projects through the entire CPIC, Acquisitions, and SDLC processes. I also helped to manage the Innovation Hub. Prior to that, I served as the Director of the Information Services and Technology Division at the Office of the Federal Register (OFR) managing the Information Services portfolio for the OFR. I first joined NARA as an IT Project Manager within the Office of Information Services where I successfully deployed several systems such as NARA\'s public WiFi, case management solutions, and managed NARA\'s enterprise email migration from Novell Groupwise to Cloud Email with on Google Apps for Government.Prior to joining the government, I worked for Lockheed Martin graduating from their Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP). I started within their MS2 business working RADAR/SONAR programs as a Systems Engineer and a Systems Integration and Test Engineer. I also served as a lead Systems Engineer within IS & GS-Defense on projects supporting the Army\'s GCCS-A program.As a college Co-op at the Naval Research Laboratory, I worked with the mobile ad-hoc network research group.Specialties: Leadership, Project Management, IT, Systems Engineering, Signals Processing
