Works on projects in collaboration with the Executive Producer of Workday Studios and as directly assigned by Workday’s Executive Creative director.Communicates and justifies collaborative conceptual and directional choices with the Executive Creative Director & VP of Marketing on video while supporting the collaborative efforts of the video team.Works across the organization to support a variety of internal and external initiatives while maintaining quality, cohesion of message, and the Workday brand.Directs the activities of subordinates to maintain Workday’s standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability, while achieving Workday’s goals.In collaboration with Workday Executive Producer of Workday Studios; Plans, develops, and defends budget, compensation, and headcount recommendations, work goals, measurements, and training requirements necessary to provide both accountability and quality of service to Workday. Facilitates and promotes corporate initiatives and values throughout the role.Provides leadership and conveys the vision and values of Workday to staff.Acts as an experienced presenter in creative pitch environments and as Senior-level Workday Video contact.Oversees creative consultations with Motion Graphics and Video Production departments to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, necessary reviews, and client presentations. Trains and supervises assigned staff of video artists, and collaborates with production and traffic personnel.Maintains external professional relationships in collaboration with Workday Studios Executive Producer to assure the ongoing availability of specialized expertise, gifted freelancers, and reputable studios/producers when their services are required.
