Creating and sharing experiences of a lifetime is what Aaron lives for. Having a passion for adventure and business development has led him around the world and through his experiential events company Global Session\'s, he now teaches others the importance of transforming relationships through shared experiences. Aaron is currently developing a 100 acre waterfront resort in San Carlos, Mexico to build a community of like minded athletes, wellness leaders, investors, celebrities and influencers in an effort to surround amazing people with an experience of a lifeteam each and every day. As Aaron began shaping Global Sessions as an event and team building company, he also saw the opportunity to share his knowledge with other businesses on how to create a work environment and culture that is fun, stimulating and engaging by balancing work, play and everyday life. Industry connections have also lead to developing a premium resort in Mexico to opem in San Carlos, Mexico as well as partnerships with heli ski owners/operators and luxury Catamarans in Mexico with a focus on watersports, wellness and offering experiences no one else in the world can offer. Aaron\'s history includes 6 years as Editor of the #1 Kiteboarding Magazine in the World, producing large scale sports/ networking events and being highly involved with business development projects that tie, business, software, recreation, and rich media content together. Outside of work, Sales is one of the pioneers of kiteboarding and has recently set a world record by snowkiting to the summit of Mt St Helens in under 33 minutes.
